Terms and Conditions bet60 – Platform Usage Rules

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following expressions have the meanings set out below:

• "bet60" or "Platform": the bet60.best website and all services, features, and content made available by the operator.
• "User" or "you": any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses bet60's services.
• "Account": the User's personal, non-transferable registration on the bet60 platform, identified by a unique CPF.
• "Real Balance": funds deposited by the User, available for betting and withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance": promotional credits subject to rollover requirements before withdrawal.
• "Rollover": minimum wagering requirement on the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn.
• "Pix": instant payment system regulated by the Central Bank of Brazil.
• "Event": any match, game, or competition available for betting on bet60.
• "Odds": the payout multipliers offered for each betting market.
• "Live Casino": a category of casino games featuring human dealers streamed in real time.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Accessing the bet60 platform or using any of its services constitutes full and unrestricted acceptance of these Terms and all supplementary documents, including the Privacy Policy and any promotion-specific rules. Acceptance takes place at registration, when the user checks the box confirming "I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions".

Bet60 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of changes via their registered email and/or a platform notice at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. Eligibility & Registration

To create and maintain an account on bet60, the User must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age as of the registration date.
• Reside in Brazil and hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal.
• Not appearing on the self-exclusion list of the Cadastro de Pessoas com Restrição ao Jogo (CRAJP) or any equivalent registry.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into legally binding acts.
• Not be an employee, contractor, or first-degree family member of a bet60 employee.

Registration requires the following accurate and up-to-date information: full name, CPF, date of birth, valid email address, Brazilian mobile number, and residential address. bet60 may request additional identity verification documents (selfie with ID, proof of address) at any time, particularly for withdrawal requests or when irregularities are suspected.

4. User Account

Your bet60 account is personal and non-transferable. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (email and password) confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately via live chat or email at suporte@bet60.best.

Users are responsible for all bets placed using their credentials, regardless of who actually placed them. bet60 is not liable for losses resulting from voluntary or involuntary sharing of login credentials.

Bet60 recommends using strong passwords (at least 8 characters, combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols) and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), available in the account security settings.

4.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

Bet60 may request identity verification (Know Your Customer — KYC) at any time; it is mandatory for withdrawals above R$ 500.00. The process requires submission of a government-issued photo ID (RG, CNH, or passport) and proof of address dated within the last 3 months. Review takes up to 2 business days.

5. Deposits

Bet60 exclusively accepts deposits made through Brazilian payment methods, in BRL. The available methods are:

• Pix: credited instantly, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Bank slip (boleto bancário): a processing period of up to 3 business days after payment.
• Credit or debit card: Visa, Mastercard, and Elo, subject to card issuer approval.
• PicPay: available to users with an active account in the app.
• Mercado Pago: available to users with an active account in the app.
• TED Bank Transfer: Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other Brazilian banks.

The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00 per transaction. There is no maximum single-deposit limit, although bet60 may request additional documentation for large deposits as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) process.

Bet60 does not charge fees on deposits. Any fees charged by your bank or payment provider are the User's responsibility.

6. Withdrawals

The User may request a withdrawal of their available real-money balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: R$ 20.00 per transaction.
• The Pix key registered for withdrawals must be in the name of the bet60 account holder (CPF must match the registration).
• Withdrawals over R$ 500.00 require full identity verification (KYC).
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the required rollover is fully met.
• Pix withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes of internal approval.

Bet60 reserves the right to conduct a security review on withdrawals, particularly a first withdrawal from an account or withdrawals representing an unusual volume. The review period is up to 24 hours when additional verification is required. 24/7 support is available to assist with pending withdrawals.

Bet60 does not charge fees on Pix withdrawals. For TED withdrawals, standard banking fees from the receiving bank may apply; these are outside bet60's control.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

Bet60 runs periodic promotions subject to specific terms published on the Promotions. The general rules that apply to all bonuses are:

• Each user is entitled to one welcome bonus — one for Sports Betting and one for Live Casino — applicable exclusively to the first deposit in each category.
• The Sports Betting welcome bonus requires a rollover of 5× the bonus amount received, with a minimum odds of 1.50 per selection.
• The Live Casino welcome bonus requires a rollover of 35× the bonus amount received.
• Bonuses have a specific expiry date indicated in each promotion's terms; expired bonuses are automatically removed from the balance.
• Bet60 does not allow the use of betting techniques that artificially reduce risk with bonus balance (hedging, arbitrage, simultaneous opposing bets).
• The weekly cashback is calculated on net losses from Monday through Sunday and credited every Monday by 12:00 PM.

Bet60 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, provided that bets already placed with active bonuses are honored. If bonus abuse is suspected, the account may be suspended pending investigation.

8. Sports Betting

All bets placed on the bet60 platform are governed by the following general rules:

• Confirmed bets are final and cannot be canceled by the User, except in markets where the "cash out" feature is available.
• The minimum bet amount is R$ 1.00. Maximum limits vary by market and are displayed in the interface before confirmation.
• If an event is canceled, postponed, or suspended, bets are generally voided and the staked amount is returned to the User's balance, unless the specific terms of the market provide otherwise.
• Results are determined based on official sources — CBF (for Brasileirão and Copa do Brasil), CONMEBOL (for Libertadores), and the respective governing bodies for other competitions.
• In the event of an obvious odds error (odds clearly incorrect relative to the market), bet60 reserves the right to cancel the affected bets and will notify the User by email.

8.1 Live Betting

Live bets are placed while events are in progress and are subject to video streaming delays. bet60 is not responsible for bets placed based on events that have already occurred during a live stream (for example, a goal scored before the bet was confirmed). The system automatically detects and cancels bets placed after decisive events.

8.2 Accumulator Bets

Accumulator bets combine two or more events on a single slip. The return is calculated by multiplying all selected odds together. If one event within an accumulator is canceled, that selection is removed and the accumulator continues with the remaining events. Combined bets involving events from the same match (correlated selections) may be rejected by the system.

9. Live Casino

Bet60's Live Casino is powered by licensed third-party providers, including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. The specific rules for each game are set by the provider and displayed in the interface at each table. bet60 has no control over Live Casino game outcomes and cannot retroactively alter any result.

The declared RTPs (Return to Player) per game are available on each table's page. Individual results are random and independent; no return is guaranteed in any specific session. Technical streaming failures that prevent an ongoing round from completing will result in a full refund of the corresponding bet to the User.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited for bet60 users:

• Creating more than one account per CPF or per household at the same address.
• Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any tool that interferes with the normal operation of the platform.
• Engaging in odds arbitrage, hedging with bonus balance, or any technique that systematically exploits market imbalances.
• Sharing login credentials or placing bets on behalf of third parties.
• Making deposits from illicit funding sources or using the platform for money laundering.
• Attempting to access other users' information or bet60's internal systems.
• Defrauding any bonus system, promotion, or referral program.
• Misusing the cash out system to artificially secure profits using bonus funds.

Violating any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of bonus balances, withholding of balances for investigation, and permanent account closure. In cases constituting a criminal offense (fraud, money laundering), bet60 may report the matter to the relevant authorities.

11. Privacy & LGPD

Bet60 collects and processes Users' personal data in accordance with the General Personal Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018). The legal bases for processing include: performance of a contract (to provide the services), compliance with a legal obligation (KYC, AML, age verification), and legitimate interest (platform security and fraud prevention).

The data collected includes: identification data (name, CPF, date of birth), contact data (email, mobile number, address), financial data (transactions, balances), platform usage data (bets, sessions, preferences), and, when requested, identity documents for KYC verification.

Users have the following rights regarding their data, exercisable by contacting suporte@bet60.best:

• Access to stored personal data.
• Correction of incorrect or outdated data.
• Deletion of unnecessary data, subject to applicable legal retention obligations.
• Right to data portability to another service provider.
• Right to object to processing in legally permitted cases.

12. Responsible Gambling

Bet60 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The platform is exclusively for users aged 18 and over and has the following protection measures in place:

• Deposit limits: Users can set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits in their account settings.
• Betting limits: Users can set maximum stake amounts per bet for a given period.
• Temporary self-exclusion: voluntary account block for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 months.
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanent account closure at the User's request, which is irreversible.
• Session time: configurable alerts for continuous play time.

Bet60 does not encourage excessive gambling. Promotional communications are not sent to users who have activated any form of self-exclusion.

13. Account Closure

13.1 Closure by the User

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Any available real-money balance will be paid out via Pix following identity verification. Bonus balances that have not met the rollover requirement will be forfeited. Processing takes up to 5 business days.

13.2 Closure by bet60

Bet60 may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or use of illicit funds.
• Abusive behavior or harassment directed at staff or other users.
• Court order or directive from a competent authority.

If an account is closed due to a Terms violation, bet60 may hold the account balance for as long as needed to complete the investigation. Bonus balances are canceled immediately. Real-money balances will be returned if the investigation finds no proven fraud.

14. Limitation of Liability

Bet60 makes every effort to ensure continuous platform availability, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, system updates, or events beyond bet60's control (force majeure, third-party infrastructure issues, regulatory decisions).

Bet60 is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from the User's own betting decisions.
• Service interruptions caused by internet outages, telecommunications provider failures, or issues with the User's device.
• Actions by unauthorized third parties who gained access to the account due to the User's own negligence.
• Inaccuracies in event information published by external sources used as reference.

Bet60's total liability to any User, under any circumstances, is limited to the real-money balance available in the User's account at the time of the reported incident.

15. Changes to the Terms

Bet60 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, Users will be notified at least 7 days in advance by email and/or platform notification. Minor operational changes (grammar corrections, formatting adjustments, or clarifications that do not affect substance) do not require advance notice.

Continued use of the platform after the notification period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If the User does not agree with the changes, they must close their account as set out in Section 13.1 before the changes take effect.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including the Brazilian Civil Code (Law No. 10,406/2002), the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018), and other legislation applicable to the online betting and entertainment sector.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the court of the User's place of domicile, as provided under the Consumer Protection Code, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged.
